<description>Looks delicious! A wonderful way to celebrate St Pats. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I was given the cranberry syrup by a friend a while back. I have not seen it anywhere around here (I too live in Nebraska) but you can make your own.

Cranberry syrup

1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup sugar
6 ounces (1/4 bag) frozen or fresh cranberries
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

To prepare the syrup
Combine the water, sugar and cranberries and heat in a small pan over medium-low heat.
Simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until cranberries pop. Drain cranberries through a sieve.
Cool completely and add lime juice.

Please stop by anytime. Glad to find some other Omaha bloggers! :)
