
My goal is to not sandwich her to death, but she requested a sandwich for her first day of school meal.
Sandwich: 7 grain bread, provolone cheese, slice of oven roasted turkey, slice of salami
Low fat string cheese, apricot, homemade peanut butter bars (recipe coming), Wheat Thins, baby carrot, 1% milk (local)
What she ate: the cheese string, apricot, PB bar, and nibbles & sips off of everything else
