Hi Jamie. Bought some scapes today at the farmers market and went looking for a good recipe. Yours did the trick. Also 2 daughers-Allison & Marissa. Last April Al got married and next April Rissy (as we call her) is getting married. So I now cook for 2 son-in-laws and will be checking back here frequently. Thanks.

I too used to work in as a CNA. I loved it too! Then I went to college wound up working for Citigroup. Now I am a stay at home mom with my daughters Madeline and Natalie! (I love your daughters’s names by the way) It was my dream as well.
